Returns & refunds
Request a return within 7 calendar days after receipt. HARZHI Direct pays necessary return shipping for defective or incorrectly supplied items; customers pay return shipping for non-quality reasons. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

3-year limited warranty
All products purchased from HARZHI Direct include a 3-year limited warranty from receipt covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Covered repairs or replacement parts and necessary shipping are free.
We start with remote troubleshooting, then arrange replacement parts or return service where needed. Misuse, user damage, unauthorized repair causing the fault and normal wear are excluded. Service time is confirmed after diagnosis and depends on the fault and parts availability.
